Staying at Altitude
All of us here at Altitude – The Lodge Smiggins are so excited to be able to open our doors for the 2020 snow season!
The safety of our guests and staff alike is of upmost importance to us, which is why we have been busy discussing and planning on how we implement our own COVID-Safe measures this season. We will continue to follow all public health and safety advice from state and federal governments along with other authorities as this situation continues to develop.
No doubt this year will be a little different, both on mountain and here at the lodge, but we can’t wait to welcome our guests back and start providing them our signature lodge experience.
All rooms at Altitude have a private en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms have all undergone complete refurbishment and most rooms have new storage and bedding. There are 9 guest rooms downstairs and 11 upstairs all located in the north wing of the building. Rooms can accommodate between 2 and 5 guests, in a variety of bedding configurations. All guest rooms are non-smoking, as are the dining room, bar and all public areas. Children aged 3-14 years inclusive are welcome at Altitude. The Adult tariff applies to guests aged 15 and older. We don’t accommodate children under 3 years.

There is a Room Changeover Fee of $40 per room, per booking.
Child Tariff applies to guests aged 3-14 years. Adult Tariff applies to guests aged 15 and older.
Children aged 3-14 years STAY FREE in Fringe, Shoulder and Value seasons, There is a daily $35 meal charge only.
At least 1 adult per room on any kids stay free booking.
No children under 3 at any time.
All rates are on a “per person, per night” basis.
Rate (except on the Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend) includes a hot buffet breakfast and 3-4 course set menu dinner each day (2 course dinner for Children, separate sitting). On the Long Weekend, a continental breakfast ONLY is included.
A Single Supplement of 50% applies at all times.
A Surcharge of 1.0% may apply to payments made on American Express cards (surcharge will be added to balance payment).
30% Deposit payable on booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Domestic Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
There is very limited on-site parking available at $45/night per vehicle. Not every guest can park onsite. Parking is allocated on a first come, first served basis. Large groups may be requested to share a parking space and arrange to shuttle additional vehicles to and from Sawpit Creek.
