Cross Country Skiing
Perisher Resort has an extensive range of trails for Cross Country (or Nordic) skiing.
Snow shoeing has seen a resurgence in popularity in the last few years and further growth is anticipated in the coming years. Snow shoes have come a long way since the “converted tennis racquet” look of years gone by. Technology has made significant inroads – materials such as aluminium, polyurethane and the like are now the norm. Experts claim that no particular skills are required – if you can walk, you can snowshoe.

Lunch at the Guthega pub is a great experience especially on a fine day looking out over the dam to the main range. See if you can spot Mt Kosciusko on the way back. The team will be happy to tell you how to get there. The valley has some other interesting and fun places to find – have a chat with Lisa or one of the team, see what adventures you can find.
